上個禮拜，我花了很多時間閱讀這本書，試圖從裡面找到中共對於台灣的攻勢。
從2009年開始，中共投入450億人民幣，展開中國對外宣傳大佈局(大外宣)，這場全球輿論戰爭就已經開始了！第一個步驟是擴大媒體的海外業務，包括建立新媒體、稱設辦事處、吸納外語人才。 第二個步驟是本土化，也就是貼近外國受眾的思維習慣、貼近外國受眾對中國資訊的需求與貼近中國發展的實際。
這其實是非常可怕的事情，因為中共重新取得國際的話語權，重新打造中國的形象，埋藏在底下的真面目是威權、專制、箝制言論自由，這是自由民主國家所樂見嗎？
解決問題的方法就是了解問題，如果確認中共用媒體工具操作民主制度，那我們就用進步的思想與行動去反制吧！
